The Digi-CCI Training Program was developed to strengthen the digital competences of youth workers in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs). It combines creativity, technology, and non-formal education methods to support youth workers in adapting to the digital transformation of the sector.
The program consisted of a 48-hour face-to-face training and a 16-hour online training module. Together, these formats offered participants a structured learning pathway that remained flexible and accessible. The training was piloted in a six-day international mobility and through an online component, ensuring both in-person collaboration and remote engagement.
The Training Program addressed topics such as:
Digitalization 101 and digitalization in the field of CCIs
Digital skills and tools for youth workers
Using digital technologies effectively and responsibly
Keeping up with technological trends in youth work
AI and AR in education and training
Creative digital tools for innovative youth projects
The program was designed to be practical and adaptable. Youth workers were encouraged to apply the methods and tools in their own local contexts, integrate them into daily practice, and continue developing their skills beyond the duration of the training. In this way, the Training program serves as a long-term resource for building creativity, inclusion, and digital readiness in youth work.
